      o    This page allows users to add new images, and edit or delete any existing

Adding new License/Certificate image
■    Mobile users will need to input:
    ●    Title: Name the document.
    ●    Issue Date: Date the License/Certificate was issued.
    ●    Expiration Date: Expiration date of License/Certificate. Click ‘Does not expire’ if License/Certificate does not expire.
    ●    Image – allows Mobile User to take pictures.

■    Once completed, click SAVE.
